We want you to be completely happy with the service that we offer. We are committed to listening to your feedback and providing a suitable resolution to your complaints where we can.

If you wish to complain about a Finance Lender

In the first instance, you should contact the lender directly. If you are unsure how to contact the lender, please use one of the methods above to contact us and we will gladly provide you with the correct contact details, alternatively please check our website for lender information.

If you have contacted a Finance Lender and you are not happy with their response, or have not received a response, please refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Their contact details are:

What we need from you

If you wish to make a complaint about Warwick Financial Services or any of our websites, please ensure that you provide the following information:

• Your name, email address and contact telephone number
• Full details of the nature of your complaint

How long will it take

We will endeavour to resolve all complaints immediately, however where this is not possible and we are unable to resolve your complaint within 5 working days, we will write to you and inform you of who is dealing with your complaint and when you can expect to hear from us again. A full response will be sent within no longer than 4 weeks of receiving your complaint.

Important Note:

Please ensure that you are contacting any relevant authority with regards to the correct party. We are a brokerage service and not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, issue loans or engage in collection activity. Please contact us if you have a question about the identity of your lender.

^Lendability will not perform a credit check, lenders may complete a soft check when considering your application for a loan.  If you accept a loan offer, the lender will perform a hard search which may be recorded on your credit report.  Not all lenders are able to make same day payments and this may also depend on your bank.

Lendability does not charge its customers for using its credit broking services but we may receive a commission from lenders or other brokers if a customer accepts any credit related offer or enters a credit agreement through this website.
